Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, $200/day will be authorized on your credit card.
Check in time is after 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you (based on availability) – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Late check out fees may apply. If you check out or leave before your scheduled departure date, there is a fee of one night’s stay plus tax.

The Getty Villa
Modeled after a first-century Roman country house, J. Paul Getty originally built the Getty Villa to house an art collection that was quickly outgrowing his house. Now, beyond touring the exquisite home and gardens, you can see his collection of 44,000 antiquities.

Santa Monica Beach
Just west of Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica beach is iconic for a reason. Offering large expanses of beach, bike trails, and nearby activities, Santa Monica Beach has exactly what you’re looking for.
Venice Beach
Venice Beach is one of many great L.A. beaches—and its acclaimed Breakwater is a favorite local surf spot. It’s the only place on the beach where waves break on both sides, while the sand is reportedly the finest for creating sand sculptures.
Malibu
One of our go-to beaches, Zuma is also one of the most impressive in scope, stretching close to three miles along the coast. It’s also home to a great break for beginner surfers as well as a meeting spot for paddle boarding classes.
Surfrider Beach
Home to the iconic first point surf break, Surfrider Beach is one of the more crowded beaches along the PCH, but it’s well situated if you’re looking to take in a bit of sun and some surfer-watching.
Topanga Beach
Topanga Beach is the closest Malibu California beach to Los Angeles and is a great surf spot, with waves wrapping around the sandy point formed by Topanga Creek creating a continuous right break.
Annenberg Community Beach House
A community destination that’s open to the public. Includes spectacular views, splash pad, children’s play area, gallery, and historic pool. Open 10am – 7pm every day, $10 per person.
Sunset Point Beach & Surf
Sunset Point Beach is located in the Pacific Palisades district and is the northernmost beach in Will Rogers State Beach; it’s also a great spot for beginner surfers.
OUTDOORS & WELLNESS
Santa Monica Bike Path
Known formally as the Marvin Braude Bike Trail, the entire path runs for 22 miles parallel to the Pacific Ocean, from Will Rogers State Beach in Pacific Palisades to Torrance Beach in the South Bay.
Santa Monica Stairs
The twin Santa Monica stairs are a mecca for hard bodies and weekend fitness warriors who also jump rope, stretch, and jog. Be sure to bring whatever you need as there are no facilities.
Will Rogers State Park
A 186-acre state park with horse stables, a polo field, and a riding ring, along with a host of trails that feed into other state park systems. An idyllic place for a picnic (or a trail ride).
Palisades Park
Set on a cliff overlooking the water, this park spans from just north of San Vicente Boulevard to Colorado Avenue – a wonderful place for a light hike or a long walk or bike ride.
Tongva Park
Cross the street from the Santa Monica Pier to visit this brand-new, space-age park, with long slides built into the hills, a slanted climbing wall, and huge jungle gym-like cones.
Rustic Canyon Park
A humble Pacific Palisades park that exudes quiet elegance — the backyard you always wish you had, surrounded by shady places to picnic and a villa-style rec center.
